Student Portal
Check document status, view award/denial letters or upload documents. Applicants may upload the following documents in .pdf format: Letter of Admission, Graduation Degree Checklist, and Class Schedule. All other documents must be mailed or hand-carried to an agency office.

First-time applicants: Wait 4 to 5 business days after submitting an application to create a student account. This will allow ONNSFA time to process your application.

Online Application Availability Dates
Academic Year (Fall/Spring/Winter Terms)
- March 15 Online application opens.
- June 25 Deadline for all documents to be turned in.

Spring/Winter Terms
- Sept. 25 Online application opens.
- Nov. 25 Deadline for all documents to be turned in.
